Taal- House of Rhythm

Environment and Architecture

Sukhad Sutar

The main force shaping my site is movement and the rhythm created through its repetition. This movement comes from many factors acting together on the site. From this observation, I proposed a structure that can move and be repeated across the area. As these structures respond to the changing site conditions, they create a rhythmic pattern. Their movement also leaves marks on the sand or ground, slowly transforming the surface. Over time, this continuous movement creates changing conditions in the landscape. Some of these areas become suitable for people to occupy, rest, or move through, while others remain unoccupied spaces
